Artingence Sponsor Tennis Starlet Alex Walker
Artingence is pleased and proud to announce the sponsorship of Alexandra Walker, an up and coming British tennis player.
16 year old Alex currently holds the Number 1 Ranking in Northumberland and she is in the Female Open National Top 40.
Last year, Alex won under-16 girls singles title at the European Championships in Tallinn, Estonia. She and Latvia’s Zana Zarina also took the Oslo Open’s under-16 doubles title. This year she reached the semi-finals of a top senior event, the Tropicana Tour beating some higher ranked players. She also won Junior Singles titles in Dublin and Riga in Latvia, and Junior Doubles titles in Dublin and Edinburgh. Recently, she reached the Quarter-finals of the British Tour in Hull and in the Winter Grand Prix, an impressive performance.
Alex plays left handed and two-handed backhand, she trains at the Northumberland Tennis Academy in Newcastle (which has LTA High Performance Centre status), and at Blaydon Tennis Club.
Artingence is looking forward to seeing Alex’s career progress, and we’re happy that we can support her future success as we grow and the Artificially Intelligent Call Centre becomes a winner too.
About Artingence Artingence is developing technology which allows call centres to be staffed by artificially intelligent software agents, these software agents will allow companies to focus on improving customer service rather than staffing issues. Because of the cost effectiveness of this solution, companies will be able to bring their operations back in-house rather than outsourcing them or running them offshore. The Artificially Intelligent Call Centre will provide consistently high customer satisfaction at reduced cost with reduced management overhead and a reduced carbon footprint.
