The AI Call Centre, a better way

Artingence Directors

Karl Dorner, Chairman, Technical Director

Karl formed Artingence in January 2008 to bring to life an idea that he'd been thinking about for some time. After gaining a Degree in Computer Science in 1986 Karl worked in a variety of software related roles including design, development, sales and management in regional, national and international capacities. Beginning in 1993, Karl helped to build the European arm of Convergys, the largest call centre outsourcing operation in the world. Having been very much involved in the evolution of call centres, to contact centres to customer relationship management centres, Karl sees his vision of the Artificially Intelligent Call Centre as the next evolutionary step.
